We reply within one working day, and asking costs nothing.

What we manage

We let and manage homes at rents that local people on ordinary wages can actually reach, working closely with landlords and partner organisations.

Reported repairs are logged, passed to a vetted contractor and tracked until finished, with the tenant updated at each stage.

Periodic inspections, gas safety records, electrical checks and smoke alarm testing are booked and kept current on our files.

Tenants get a named contact for questions about tenancy terms, benefits and moving on, and landlords get plain updates without the jargon.

Limits

We do not take on commercial premises, shops or offices, as our work is residential lettings only.
Landlords outside our core operating area are not accepted, because we cannot inspect or maintain distant properties properly.
We decline any instruction that calls for eviction without the correct legal notice and court process in place.
We do not manage holiday lets or short-stay bookings, since those need an entirely different kind of operation.
